An Inventory is a vital document to keep your property in good condition. It sets out your expectations for the tenants and can be called upon should there be any damages or disputes at the end of a tenancy agreement. An inventory specialist will visit your property and create a new inventory report including photographs of the property. It will outline all aspects of the property, from walls and ceiling, to door handles, furniture and white goods.

INVENTORY AND CHECK-IN

An inventory specialist will arrive at your property a couple of hours before your new tenants are due to move in. An inventory report will be completed. Once your tenants arrive, our representative will walk them around the property and explain the report to them. Your tenant will be asked to sign the inventory and the representative will hand over the keys so you don't need to be there.

CHECK-OUT

An inventory specialist will visit the property after your tenants have removed all their belongings and had the property cleaned. A new report will be produced comparing the existing condition to the original at the time of the tenants move-in creating the basis for returning the deposit or any action you may need to take against them.

MID TERM INSPECTION

You should always have your property inspected on a regular basis, generally every 3-6 months. If you can't visit the property yourself, then do not worry we can arrange a visit to check the property and cleanliness of the property against the inventory and create a written report for your records. It will usually take place midterm or at periodic intervals throughout a tenancy and can be accompanied by the tenant if required.
